We will build to your prints/files & specs utilizing our precision equipment & highly skilled Toolmakers & Machinists in an air conditioned facility to maintain close tolerances to .0001" and closer.

Products built to suit, whether it is a single part, gage, tool/fixture or a complete tooling or inspection gage package. Tooling solutions include Milling, Multi-Station Grinding, Turning, Ram & Wire EDM, Laser, Coating & High Precision Jet Engine Airfoil positioning Tack Weld Fixtures, as well as many other customer specific production requirements.

Inspection Gage solutions include all types of turbine blade & vane applications: Tip Length, Twist, Bow, Cord Width, Root Form, Contour, Shroud, Platform & Seal Slot Gages. Other industrial applications have included True Position, Piston Ring, Plug, Laser, Thread, Depth, Concentricity, Flush Pin, Functional, Indicator, Transducer type & Electronic gages with SPC output as required per customer needs.

Production

Our production control processes require all products be in-process inspected throughout the manufacturing and inspection phases. Travelers (routing sheets) accompany parts from beginning to end. Proper Inspection documentation, whether it is to Suncoast/Peerless standards, or the Customer's is required.

Our versatile machining capabilities have allowed us to produce customer products as well. In many cases very unique and close tolerance requirements.
